Year 4 Trip to Arbeia

Year 4 have had a fantastic day at Arbeia, South Shields Roman Fort in the sunshine! We took part in the TimeQuest archaeological dig, handling real ancient Roman artefacts, explored the site and Commanding Officer’s quarters and climbed the reconstructed West Gate! Ecce Romani! 🏛️
