A visitor from the RNLI

A huge thank you to Mr Bateman who came to talk to Year 2 today about his role in the RNLI. He came straight from a rescue and talked to the children about what he does, the dangers involved and the equipment used. The children were able to make links to their History work on Grace Darling and how brave she was in her rescue.
