A huge congratulations to George in Year 4, who competed in a swimming gala this weekend. This was his first time racing in an Olympic-sized pool, taking on swimmers from clubs across a huge area, stretching from Scotland all the way down to Middlesbrough.
George delivered an incredible performance and has now officially become the fastest 9-year-old in England in a long course pool for:
200m Breaststroke
50m Backstroke
50m Freestyle
This is a phenomenal achievement and a testament to George’s hard work, dedication and determination in the pool.
