Today we completed our first ‘Daily Mile’ challenge. The daily mile is a way of helping us fulfill the governments 30:30 daily exercise goal for primary children. We know that there are many benefits to being active including improved self esteem, motivation, concentration, listening and brain function. We are encouraging all our children to do 30 minutes of activity in school and at home every day. Today 208 pupils and 13 adults aged 4 - 50 took part completing a combined total of 203 miles. A great start - Well Done Everyone!
