We are fortunate to benefit from the active involvement of a governing body representing our school, our parents, the parish, the local community and our LEA. They meet regularly to support the Headteacher and staff in maintaining the high standards St Mary’s is so proud of.

Our Parish Churches
Our Parish has two churches, Our Lady & St. Oswin's Tynemouth and St Mary's Cullercoats. We are fortunate to have the church of St Mary’s right on our doorstep and we feel very much a part of parish life. Our celebrations in church are open to the whole community and enjoyed by many.
